Logan County Senior Living is a 30 bed nursing facility owned by the county, lead by a group of local board members as part of a not-for-profit organization, and managed by Grace Team Services. It takes a team! We all work together and are committed to providing high quality skilled nursing care to seniors and their families.
Recent History
The original building was constructed in the 1960's and was called Logan County Manor. The hospital owned and managed the nursing home until January of 2020 when the not-for-profit board and Grace Team Services became involved. The facility went through a change of ownership, becoming what is now known as Logan County Senior Living!
The citizens have always supported the local nursing home in Logan County. From its earliest beginning through the present day, the facility has served thousands of elderly and their families with quality care.
People who have lived in Logan County for many years are grateful that there is a facility here for their loved ones. It's the same people, who as they grow older, will be able to remain in the community surrounded by friends and family.
